1. About TopFunds

TopFunds provides investment research tools, company information, valuation features, educational content, community features, notes, lists, forecasts, and related materials for long-term investors.

The service may change over time. We may add, remove, suspend, or modify features where needed to operate, improve, or protect the platform.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms to use TopFunds. If you use TopFunds on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. No Investment Advice

TopFunds content is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It is not investment, financial, legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice.

We do not recommend that you buy, sell, hold, or otherwise transact in any security or financial instrument. You are responsible for your own investment decisions and should consult qualified professionals where appropriate.

Financial data, estimates, forecasts, ratings, fair value calculations, and other analytical outputs may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or based on assumptions that later prove incorrect.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features may require a paid subscription. Prices, billing periods, included features, and renewal terms are shown during checkout or in your account settings.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card numbers. Your use of third-party payment services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Unless stated otherwise at checkout or required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period begins.

5. User Content and Community Features

You may be able to post questions, answers, comments, notes, forecasts, lists, or other content. You retain ownership of content you create, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate and improve TopFunds.

You are responsible for your content and must not submit anything unlawful, misleading, defamatory, infringing, abusive, spam-like, or harmful.

We may moderate, remove, restrict, or refuse to display content where we believe it violates these Terms, our community rules, applicable law, or the integrity of the service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse TopFunds or interfere with its operation.

• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, data, or APIs.
• Do not scrape, crawl, copy, resell, or redistribute substantial parts of the service unless we have given written permission.
• Do not use the service to transmit malware, spam, abusive content, or unlawful material.
• Do not bypass usage limits, access controls, subscription restrictions, or technical protection measures.

7. Third-Party Data and Services

TopFunds may include data, content, links, APIs, payment processors, authentication providers, data vendors, and other services provided by third parties.

Third-party materials may be subject to separate terms, restrictions, delays, and availability limits. We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, or data feeds.

8. Intellectual Property

TopFunds, including its design, software, text, charts, logos, trademarks, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may use the service only as permitted by these Terms. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

9. Disclaimers

TopFunds is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that any content, data, or analysis will be accurate, complete, current, or suitable for your needs.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IFT72 S.L. and its directors, employees, contractors, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, lost data, investment losses, business interruption, or loss of goodwill.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to TopFunds if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for other users, failed to pay fees, or used the service in a way that may harm the platform.

You may stop using TopFunds at any time. Some provisions of these Terms will continue after termination where their nature requires it.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country require otherwise.

Where permitted by law, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Spain.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users. The updated Terms apply from the stated effective date or from publication if no separate date is stated.
